Myeka Johnson was born and raised in Pelzer, SC. While attending Woodmont High School in Piedmont, SC, Myeka played basketball, ran track, and was an outstanding student participating in honorary organizations such as International Baccalaureate, National Honor Society, and Theory of Knowledge Club. She received major awards such as National Honor Roll and Hugh O’Brian Leadership Scholarship. Myeka graduated from Woodmont High School in 2007.
Myeka’s modeling career began at Millie Lewis Talent Agency in Greenville, SC where she won Model of the Year. Myeka has modeled for major brands such as Mont Blanc, ESPN, BET, Dillard’s, Kia Automotive, and Hardee’s. While stationed in Iwakuni, Japan, Myeka modeled for Ronnie Ron Photography in Hiroshima, Japan. She has years of experience in print modeling, tearroom modeling, hosting, and runway.
Myeka is now CEO of Direct Consultants, LLC and founder of MJ’s. She is an avid volunteer and gives career and lifestyle advice to entrepreneurs, millennials, and business owners on her blog MyekaJohnson.COM.
